WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

If any products are damaged during shipment, please send me
a photo of the item as well as your order number via the contact page. Once
verified, your order will be replaced with no extra charge.

Other than defective or damaged items, all orders are
usually non-refundable. However, if you have extenuating circumstances and are
able to provide proof, feel free to contact me to see if we can work something
out.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

For domestic delivery, customers should expect their items
to arrive within 7-10 days. For international delivery, customers should expect
their items to arrive within 4-5 weeks.

If your package hasn’t arrived within this time frame,
please visit your local postal office to inquire if there might be mail waiting
for you. If they do not, your service provider may have lost the item. If this
is the case, your tracking number on the item(s) will show no result. Please
take a photo of this and send it to us – we will resend your item(s) with no
extra charge.

 

I'VE PURCHASED AN ITEM. WHAT NOW?

All orders will come with a tracking number that I will
provide you with shortly after your item has been shipped. Please keep an eye
out for this via email.

 

HOW CAN I BE NOTIFIED OF RESTOCKS?

If you follow my Twitter, I will post updates
on when certain items are restocked. You can also be notified by subscribing to
the newsletter linked on my website.
